Deliciae is committed to providing the best delivery service for every order you place.
After successfully placing an order on the Deliciae website, our staff will call to confirm your order details, including the specific items you have successfully ordered.
We offer nationwide delivery with the following policy:

Before receiving and paying for your order, you have the right to inspect the products. However, we do not support product trials.

Please open the package to ensure that the delivered items match the model and quantity specified in your order. Product trials or usage checks are not allowed.

If you are satisfied with the delivered products, please proceed to make the payment to the delivery personnel (for COD orders) and receive your package.

If you are not satisfied with the products, you may refuse to accept the order. In this case, Deliciae will charge a return fee equivalent to the shipping cost of your order.

Deliciae is not responsible for the quantity, model, or defects of the products after the order has been successfully delivered.

Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damaging the items inside. In cases where the product is damaged due to improper handling by the customer, we regret that we will not be able to support returns, exchanges, or warranty services.
